Online Pre-Entry

Lodge your race entry online – use your log-on to access your licence and you can pre-enter for Club Days and Open meetings.

Payment for race entries

Club day payment for entries - must be made with cash or cheque only on the day of the actual race meeting (no credit card payments for club days).
Open meeting payment for entries - must be made before the event and by the close of entries date on the Supplementary Regulations – these are issued for every Open Meeting. This also applies to other Kart Clubs who are hosting an Open Event. Please make Tiger Kart Club proud of its Members and send your payment without having to be asked.
To log-on and put in your race entry https://app.austkarting.com.au/aka/member – check that all of your entry details are correct including your transponder number – and - if you want to receive an endorsement towards your upgrade you must type in 'Yes' in the appropriate box – endorsements will not be back dated. Don't forget to click on 'Save' after checking that your entry is correct.

Transponders

Transponders are compulsory at all race events, to purchase one contact Michelle secretary@kartingwa.com.au.
Supplementary Regulations (Supp Regs) will be published for all Open Meetings – the information in the Supp Regs is really important – please read through them so that you are informed and know what you are supposed to do if you are going to put in an entry. Supp Regs are published on TKC website www.tigerkartclub.com.au

Busy Bees

Busy Bees are carried out a few times during the year at both tracks – this is your club so please come along and help. If the Busy Bee is booked on the same day as TKC practice then only those who have worked for at least 2 hours will be permitted to use the track after the work is completed for practice.

PRACTICE

PRACTICE - Always bring your TKC ID card or Temporary Licence document with you to practice sessions as confirmation
Wanneroo Track
SUNs: 7am-12pm this is on the condition that a TKC Member volunteers to operate practice – contact the TKC office the Thursday prior.
No volunteer means no practice.
Tuesday Night practice – TBA
Cockburn Track
SATs: 12noon till 5pm

Club Duties

Contact TKC Office admin@tigerkartclub.com.au or 9343 0096 to arrange your date – they are compulsory and a condition of your driving Membership with TKC.
3000 points for completing club duties at Open or a Club Day
4000 points for working as AKA Steward at an Open or Club Day (must hold a Current AKA Registered Steward Licence and have completed the AKA Steward School)
EXTRA POINTS OF1445 to Members who hold a Current AKA Registered Steward Licence and volunteer to work at a 2nd race meeting as Clerk of Course or Steward

Safety at the track Driveways, Car Park and Pit Areas: It is dangerous for children to be in these areas unless under the supervision of a responsible adult. Children are never permitted to play in driveways or car park areas under any circumstances. Only people with Government issued Drivers Licenses are permitted to drive cars on TKC property. This means children are NOT permitted to move their parent's cars. Serious penalties apply to anyone disregarding this rule
